The material of product is PPA+33GF, which belongs to high temperature nylon,and the molding process is easy to produce the burr and gas. The groove widthof the winding is 0.3 and the depth is 0.08. Through the optimiza-tion of the mold structure and processing route adjustment, the mold has beenput into mass production.
